Private Provider Plan Review and Inspections in Palm Beach County, Florida

A private provider is a Florida licensed professional who steps in for the building department on plan review and inspections. Florida Statute 553.791 makes that legal everywhere in Florida, Palm Beach County included. You might already know that Palm Beach County runs a video inspection program of its own, called VIP On Demand. It's a genuine program. It covers a defined list of permit types, things like reroofing, window and door swaps, and equipment change outs. It was never built for more complex projects like building a pool from the ground up, or handling extensive high end remodels to a home. That gap is exactly where Guardian fits.

Send us your plans before you file for a permit. We review them against the code and get them back to you in two business days. That review gives you the stamped plans and the paperwork the county requires, including the Notice to Building Official. You file those with the same building department you always have.
